摘要
在提倡素质教育的今天,传统的英语教学面临着诸多问题,其原因是多方面的,但原因之一,就是教学方法运用不适当,缺乏针对性。本文探讨了传统英语教学法各主要流派的特点及在实践教学中的运用,并提出了行之有效的方法和建议,即在现有的条件下,结合教学实际,将多种教学法有机地结合起来,取长补短,互为补充,最大限度地发挥各自的优势。
In promoting quality education today, the traditional English teaching is facing with many problems. Its causes are manifold, but one of the reasons is that the use of inappropriate teaching methods, the lack of specificity. The characteristics of main schools of traditional English teaching method and their integrated use are discussed, and effective methods and recommendations are also put forward in the article.
