摘要
近20年来,福建省三类残障儿童的教育在入学率、受教育年限、受教育层次,以及特殊教育与普通教育的融合,特殊教育教师培养等方面都得到发展。但是,特殊教育在发展的进程中也面临着义务教育阶段基本投入不足、投入不均衡,资源需整合与调整,教学、管理、研究与教师专业水平提升等诸多问题。期望通过本次调查对现状的描述与分析,为福建省特殊教育的进一步发展提供决策依据。
Recent 20 years, the education of three kinds of handicapped children in Fujian province obtains considerable development in enrollment rate, education year, educational level, the combination of general education & special education and teacher training for special education, but there is facing many problems,such as the deficiency & the imbalance of basic input in compulsory education stage, resources integration, promoting the management, research and teaching level, promoting teacher's professional skill, and so on. Based on the specification and analysis of the investigation, the article aims to provide the theory basis for the further development of special education in Fujian province.
