摘要 环介导等温扩增(Loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)是一种独特的核酸扩增技术,与PCR有所不同。本文从原理、反应环境、结果判读、优缺点、影响因素、应用范围及发展前景上对其进行了概述。 Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a novel nucleic acid amplification technique that differs from polymerase chain reaction (PCR). This paper briefly reviews the principle of this technique, reaction conditions, interpretation of its results, its advantages and disadvantages, factors affecting it, and the current scope of its use and prospects for development.
