屈伸肌峰力矩比值测试和等速运动训练在膝关节损伤后康复中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨膝关节屈伸肌峰力矩比值测试在膝关节损伤后康复训练中的作用,并评价等速运动康复训练的效果,为防治运动员膝关节损伤提供依据。方法:选择30名健康运动员,测定其膝关节屈伸肌峰力矩比值;另选择80名膝关节存在不同程度伤病的运动员,分别于等速运动康复训练前后测试其患膝屈伸肌峰力矩比值,同时采用膝关节手术患者评分表评价等速运动训练的效果。结果:30名健康运动员屈伸肌峰力矩比值,27名为60%~80%,2名为85%,1名为93%。80名伤病运动员屈伸肌峰力矩比值,64名为100%以上,16名为60%以下;KSS膝关节评分,良4名,可24名,差52名;经过等速运动康复训练,显效65例(81.3%)、有效12例(15%)、无效3例(3.7%),患膝屈伸肌峰力矩比值均达60%~80%。结论:膝关节屈伸肌峰力矩比值测试可用来指导膝关节康复训练,等速运动训练对膝关节损伤具有较好的康复效果。 Objective:To explore the effect of test for the ratio of peak torque of flexor to that of extensor in the rehabilitation training after knee injuries, and evaluate the rehabilitation training effect of isokinetie exercise, on the purpose of providing basis for preventing and curing knee injuries among athletes. Methods : Knee flexor and extension peak torque ratio were measured in 30 healthy athletes ; the same items were measured in another 80 athletes with different degrees of knee injuries before and after rehabilitation training of isokinetic exercise respectively, and the rehabilitation training effect of isokinetic exercise was evaluated by scoresheets of patients under knee surgeries simultaneously. Results :The flexor and extensor peak torque ratio of healthy athletes were 60% -80% in 27 cases, 85% in 2 cases, and 93 % in one case. The flexor and extension peak torque ratio of injuried athletes were above 100% in 64 cases, and below 60% in 16 cases; 4 cases were good,24 cases were fair and 52 cases were bad according to KSS evaluation standard ;65 cases (81.3%)achieved distinguished results, 12 cases ( 15% )were improved and inefficacy was found in 3 cases( 3.7% ) ;ratios of 80 cases were all come to 60% - 80% after rehabilitation training of isokinetic exercise. Conclusion:Test for knee flexor and extensor peak torque ratio can be used to direct rehabilitation training of knee joint, and isokinetic exercise training performs well on the rehabilitate effect of knee injuries.
