摘要
本研究采用自编量表,对上海市三所高校203名本、专科学生开展调查,得出如下结论:(1)大学生宿舍人际关系总体较好;(2)男生对宿舍人际关系的满意度显著高于女生,正常家庭大学生的宿舍人际关系满意度显著高于非正常家庭的大学生;(3)年级越高,宿舍人际关系越好;(4)宿舍人际关系与大学生的生源地无关;(5)独生子女与非独生子女、文科学生与理工科学生之间不存在显著差异。最后提出四条改善大学生宿舍人际关系的建议。
203 students of three colleges in Shanghai were surveyed by a self-designed scale and the result shows as follows：（1） The overall status of the college students＇dormitory relations was good;（2）The degree of satisfaction about interpersonal relationship in Dormitory of male students is significantly higher than that of female students,and that of the students from normal families is significantly higher than that of abnormal family;（3）The higher the grade,the better the degree of satisfaction about interpersonal relationship in Dormitory;（4）Interpersonal relationship in dormitory of College Students has no differences in college students native places;and（5）There is no significant difference between only-child-students and non-only-child-students,between students majoring in liberal arts and those majoring in science.The thesis also provides some advice about how to improve college students interpersonal relationship in dormitory.
