摘要
在对吉林省主栽番茄品种进行调查的基础上,把数量分类学中的Q型聚类分析方法应用于33个番茄品种的分类,并对15个性状进行了R型聚类分析。结果表明:Q型聚类分析的抗寒性应作为番茄品种分类的一级标准,果色、果型单独分别作为分类标准。等级结合线L1(D=4.40)将33个分类单位分为3个类群。R型聚类分析15个性状被分为3个类群,性状间关系不密切,但又相互影响。
Thirty-three tomato cultivars and fifteen characters were selecled for the numerical classification on the basis of investigation in Jilin province. Q cluster analysis showed that the was cold resistance served as the first classification criteria, fruit color, leaf color should be mergered to purple-center. The ward method was the best one for cluster analysis and 33 characters were divided into 3 groups at the level of D=4. 40. R cluster analysis showed that the ward method was 15 characters were divided into 3 groups, traits relations were not close, hut affect each other.
