摘要
对包括野梅、半野生梅、栽培果梅和桃、山桃、光核桃、杏、山杏、藏杏、洪平梅及李等共41个分类运算单位(OTU)选用37个性状进行聚类分析。结果表明,梅种内可聚力杏梅、常绿梅、品字梅、毛梅、小梅、长梗梅、野梅、果梅等8个类群。以距离系数而论,与梅亲缘关系最近者为洪平梅、藏杏,其余依次为山杏、杏、山桃、光核桃、桃、李等。参照聚类结果、形态分类以及其它因素,提出了梅种内及若干近缘种有关分类位置的方案。
With selected 37 characteristics, cluster anaysis for 41 OTUs containing wild, semi-wild and fruit mei, peach, David Peach (Prunus davidiana), smooth-pit Peach (P. mira), apricot (P. armeniaca), Sibirian apricot (P. sibirica), Hongping Mei (P. mume var. hongingensis), Tibetan apricot (P. armeniaca var. holosericea)and Chinese plum (P. salicina) was conducted. Based on the results of cluster analysis together with micromorphogical characteristics that play more important role in the classification of P. mume, a classification plan within the species of P. mume was put forward. According to the distance coefficient, Tibetan apricot is most closely related to Met, and Hongping Mei should be treated as a variety of Mei. Furthermore, Sibirian apricot, apricot, David peach, smooth-pit peach, peach and Chinese plum are related to Mei according to theorder.
