摘要
我国传统的教育模式限制了高校学生的个性发展,也制约了学生的全面发展,需要一种理念和方式,让学生自己成为自己。文章从学生档案功能的又一角度,基于学生自觉、自省的心理状态,以档案原始记录为依据,通过多重比较,提出了让学生自我激励、自我超越的自主学习理念的设想,以此来检验人才培养的质量和效果。
China' s traditional education mode has restricted university students' personality and their all-around development. In the perspective of the functions of student file, the writers of this article, based on students' self-consclousness and self-introspection, put forward the autonomous learning assumption of students' self-encouragement and self-surpassing by multi-leveled comparison as a means of evaluating the quality and effect of talent cultivation.
