摘要
目的:全面了解兵团连队卫生员人力资源状况,为合理配置和开发兵团连队卫生室卫生人力提供决策依据。方法:对兵团连队卫生员进行普查,对其总量、结构与能力状况进行描述和分析。结果:2005年兵团有连队卫生员3023人,占兵团基层卫生人员的64.9%。其中女性占62.1%;小于35岁的占31.8%,35岁-44岁的占42.0%;没有专业学历的占21.7%,中专和大专学历的各占39.1%和37.5%,本科学历仅占1.7%;初级职称的占79.5%,待聘人员占9.9%;未取得执业医师资格证书的占45.0%。结论:连队卫生员总量不足、结构不平衡、素质和能力偏低。
Objective:To investigate health human recourses of company healthcare clinics in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, in order to recommend for the government in making policies of proper resources allocation and development. Methods:Whole survey of company healthcare staffs was conducted to analyze the number, structure and competence. Results:It is found that there are 3023 health staffs in 2005. Among them, there are 31.8% who is younger than35 years old, 21.7% have no any professional education background and only 1.7% received baccalaureate education.45.0% have no licensed doctor certificate. Conclusion:The quality and competence are relatively lower and they are in shortage badly. It is essential to improve the situation and some suggestions are proposed accordingly.
