摘要
[目的]了解济南市输入性恶性疟发病情况,探讨流行特征。[方法]对济南市2008年3例输入性恶性疟病例个案资料进行分析。[结果]病例1为赴安哥拉工作感染,回国途中发病,因误诊延误治疗,不治死亡。病例2在缅甸工作感染,回到济南市后发病,确诊、治疗及时,治愈;病例3到加纳工作时感染、发病,确诊疟疾后治疗,回济南后复发。3例病人血检均检出恶性疟原虫。[结论]这是3例输入性恶性疟疾病人。
[Objective]To understand the prevalence imported malignant malaria in Ji＇nan city. to explore the epidemiological characteristic. [Methods]Case information of 3 imported malignant malaria cases of Ji＇nan in 2008 was analyzed, [Resuits]The first case was infected in Angola during working there , he got malaria on the way home and died of delayed treatment. The second case was infected in Myanmar during working there,he got malaria when returning to Ji＇nan. After diagnosis and treatment promptly , the patient recovered. The third ease was infected in Ghana, he was diagnosed and treated there, recurring after returning to Ji＇nan. Plasmodium falciparum was detected from the blood samples of the 3 patients, [Conclusion]The three cases were all imported malignant malaria patients.
