摘要
[目的]了解食品中苯甲酸的添加情况,维护消费者的身体健康。[方法]2009年3月,在德州市德城区部分超市和农贸市场中抽取4类食品,检测苯甲酸及其钠盐含量。[结果]检测131份样品,苯甲酸及其钠盐检出率为51.91%,合格率为83.21%。检测合格率,酱腌菜、熟肉制品、果汁饮料、糕点分别为64.44%、86.67%、100.00%、94.59%(P<0.01);大型超市、中小型超市、农贸市场销售的食品分别为95.24%、87.34%、64.52%(P<0.01)。[结论]酱腌菜及农贸市场销售的食品苯甲酸及其钠盐含量合格率很低。
[Objective]To understand the additive status of benzoic acid in foods,in order to safeguard the health of the consumers. [Methods]The content of benzoic acid and sodium salt were tested for 4 kinds of food samples collected from supermarket and free market in Decheng district in March 2009. [Results]Of the 131 samples tested, the detection rate of benzoic acid and sodium salt was 51.91 %,the qualified rate was 83.21 %. The qualified rate of pickles,cooked meat,juice beverage and cake was 64.44%,86.67%.100.00% and 94.59% respectively (P〈0.05). The qualified rate of food from large,medium and small supermarket as well as free market was 95.24% ,87.34% and 64.52% ( P 〈0. 05). [Conclusion] The qualified rate of the content of benzoic acid and sodium salt in pickles and foods from free market was very low.
