摘要
介绍一种新型的摇摆台系统,采用并联结构、电机驱动、半闭环和全闭环组合控制的方式,满足了静态定位精度高、连续摇摆运动平滑和高带载能力的要求.在这一系统的设计中,利用运动控制卡、伺服电机和高精度光电编码器构建了半闭环和全闭环组合控制系统,设计了点动和连续转动两种运动模式下的控制方案.为方便用户操作和监控摇摆台实际运动情况,利用运动控制卡和数字I/O卡控件,用VB.NET设计了计算机显示及监控软件,界面方便、友好.
