摘要
目的观察结膜瓣覆盖联合羊膜移植治疗角膜溃疡穿孔的临床疗效。方法结膜瓣覆盖联合羊膜移植治疗10例(10眼)角膜溃疡穿孔患者,术后放置绷带性角膜接触镜,术后继续用药物治疗原发病,随访3～12月。结果术后眼表情况迅速稳定,全部达到封闭裂孔的手术目的,3例患者因继发青光眼行睫状体冷冻术。随访期间未出现溃疡复发及严重的并发症。结论结膜瓣覆盖联合羊膜移植是治疗角膜溃疡穿孔的一种安全有效的方法。
Objective To observe the outcome of patients with corneal perforation associated with ulceration after amniotic membrane transplantation combined with conjunctiveal flap covering. Methods Ten patients（10 eyes） were treated by amniotic membrane transplantation combined with conjunctiveal flap covering.Continuous use of bandage contact lens and eye-drops were given in the second day postoperatively.All patients were followed up for 3-12 months. Results The ocular surface became stabilized and healing of corneal perforation was obtained after the operation.Three patients with secondary glaucoma received cyclocryosurgery.During follow-up,no recurrence of ulceration or severe complication was noted. Conclusions Amniotic membrane transplantation combined with conjunctiveal flap covering is a safe and effective method for patients with corneal perforation due to ulceration.
