摘要
目的:探讨5S管理法在手术间物品管理中的应用。方法:根据5S管理的要素实施具体方法,必需物品和每天要用的物品放在手术间,定位、定量,术后物品归还原处,对手术间进行标准化、规范化的管理。结果:提高了工作效率,减少了找寻物品的时间,减少巡回护士的走动和进出手术间的频率。结论:5S管理法在手术间物品管理中是可行的,值得推广、应用。
Objective:To discuss the application of 5S method to manage goods in surgery room.Methods:According to the essential factor of 5S management method,the essential goods and daily used goods were placed in the surgery room,localization,quota,and must be returned to the original position after surgery,standardized management to the surgery room.Results:The working efficiency was raised,the time of looking for the goods was reduced,nurse's walk and frequency passing in and out surgery room were reduced.Conclusion:5S method for goods mangement in surgery room is feasible and worth spreading in clinic.
