摘要
试验分别应用PCR法和XY精子分离法生产性别控制奶牛胚胎,并通过移植观察准确率。结果显示,PCR法准确率为89%,XY精子分离法准确率为100%。试验表明,应用XY精子分离法进行性控胚胎生产,技术难度较小,成本较低,效果良好,生产中具有较大推广应用价值。
This test applies the PCR method and Sperm Separation Method to produce embryo sex determination, and observes the accuracy through cow embryos transplantation. As the results show, PCR method accuracy rate is 89% and Sperm Separation Method accuracy rate is 100%. The tests have shown that using the X - sperm method to produce embryo sex determination is easier in technology, lower in cost and very effective. This method is of higher value to apply in production.
