摘要
自1986年首次获得苹果转基因植株以来,苹果遗传转化的研究发展极为迅速,用于苹果遗传转化研究的基因型也越来越多。在苹果上进行遗传改良的主要方法是农杆菌介导的遗传转化法。从农杆菌介导的转化过程入手,探讨了农杆菌菌株类型、农杆菌Vir基因诱导物的加入、受体材料的生理状态等方面综述了影响农杆菌转化苹果的各个因素,指出今后的研究重点应放在新的转化方法的提出及进一步提高转化效率的研究上。
Since transgenic apple was obtained in 1986,the study of transgenic apple was increased and the types of transgenic apple were more and more.Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation was widely used in apple.The paper reviewed the factors that affected Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of apple including Agrobacterium strain,activated matters,explants properties,et al.The current problems were still the low transformation efficiency and new methods should be put forward.
