摘要
目的:评估社会技能训练模式对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法:对46例缓解期患者随机分为社会技能训练组(研究组)和常规维持治疗组(对照组),治疗期采用威斯康星卡片分类(WCST)、连续作业测验(CPT)、修订韦氏成人智力量表(WAIS-RC)进行纵向临床评定,随访12个月。结果:研究组WCST、CPT、WAIS-RC等认知功能测验项目结果均比对照组好(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症社会技能训练模式方便、易操作,对改善患者认知功能有明显效果,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective: The effect of psychosocial skills training module and assessing cognitive functionin in schizophrenia patients. Methods: 46 patients in remission,who were randomly divided into psychosocial skills training group and control group. All patients were evaluted with wisconsin card sort test(WCST), continuous performance test(CPT), wechsler adult intelligence scal(WAIS-RC), and followed up 12 months. Results: At the 12 months following point, patients in psychosocial skills training group the WCST, CPT, WAIS-RC was better than control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion: The psychosocial skills training module demonstrated the efficacy of the easy-operating and contribute to the improvement of cognitive functionin of schizophrenic patients.
