摘要
目的探讨注射用奥美拉唑钠溶液在5种常见溶媒中的稳定性。方法将奥美拉唑钠溶液与100ml的5%GS、5%GNS、10%GS、0.9%氯化钠溶液(NS)及果糖注射液配伍,测定溶液的pH值,采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中奥美拉唑钠的含量,定时观察溶液的颜色及澄明度。结果注射用奥美拉唑钠与果糖注射液配伍后即出现颜色变化,甚至出现沉淀,且降解明显;与5%GS、5%GNS、10%GS配伍,4h后转为澄明微黄色;与0.9%氯化钠溶液(NS)配伍,药液均显澄明无色。结论奥美拉唑钠不宜与果糖配伍使用,最好与0.9%NS配伍,如若与5%GS、5%GNS、10%GS配伍,应在4h内滴完。
Objective To observe the stability of omeprazole(Ome) sodium injection in five kinds of common solvents. Methods Ome injection was added into five kinds of common solvents respectively at room temperature, pH value and visual appearance of the admixture were observed at in'mediate 1, 2, 4, 6, 24 hours after Ome adding to the solvent. Ome concentrations were determined by the method of high performance liquid chromatography(I-IPLC). Results The color of the admixture changed at immediate after Ome adding into fructose and degradation soon. The admixture became yellowish but clear at 4 hours after the ome adding into the 5%GS, 5%GNS, 10%GS in- jection. The admixture showed clear and achromatic color after adding into the 0.9% NS, and the pH value showed no great changes. Con- clusion Ome had better compatibility with 0.9% NS; and was incompatible with fructose injection; The admixture should be finished within 4 hours when Ome combines with 5% GS, 5% GNS, 10% GS.
