摘要
奥美拉唑(洛赛克)是一对活性旋光对映体的消旋混合物,化学结构为磺酰基苯并咪唑类。奥美拉唑的化学结构易发生变化,特别是在酸性条件下,其稳定性受溶剂的种类、用量、pH值、光线、金属离子、温度等多种因素的影响,同时临床配伍也会影响奥美拉唑注射液的临床应用。配伍不当会出现聚合和变色现象,影响其临床的正常应用。现就其变色的原因与防范措施予以综述。
Omeprazole is a pair of active enantiomers of racemic mixtures,with the chemical structure of sulfonyl benzimidazole.Omeprazole chemical structure is easy to change,especially under the acidic condition,its stability is affected by the solvent type,dosage,pH value,light,metal ions,temperature and other factors,and clinical compatibility also affects the clinical application of omeprazole injection.Incompatibility results in polymerization and discoloration,influencing the normal clinical application.Here is to make a review on the causes and prevention measures of the discoloration.
