摘要
将未经氧化及在高温加热炉中进行预氧化的同种不锈钢薄片浸泡于600mLRP-3航空煤油中,在5MPa压力下将RP-3航空煤油升温至400℃,尔后空冷至常温,利用差重法测量不锈钢薄片表面结焦量。实验研究了静态RP-3航空煤油在不锈钢挂片表面的热氧化结焦情况,分析了材料表面氧化层对煤油热氧化结焦的抑制作用;研究表明,表面氧化处理对不锈钢表面结焦有抑制作用,并且抑制作用随着材料表面氧化程度的加深而加强。
The same kind of stainless steel, which was inoxidized and preoxidized in the high temperature heating furnace was immersed into the 60Oral of RP-3 aviation kerosene. At 5MPa pressure, RP-3 aviation kerosene was heated up to 400℃ and then cooled to ambient temperature. The quantity of stainless steel coking was measured with weight difference method . The experimental investingation of RP-3 aviation kerosene thermal oxidation coking on the stainless steel was conducted. The inhibition of surface oxidizing layer on aviation kerosene thermal oxidation coking was analyzed. The results show that oxidation has inhibition on the stainless steel coking and the deeper the surface oxidizing is, the stronger the inhibition is .
