摘要
在压力为3 MPa,质量流量为2. 6 g/s,出口流体温度加热至900 K的条件下,实验研究超临界压力下,对比含水量分别为20%和30%的乳化碳氢燃料与碳氢燃料的传热特性。实验结果表明:超临界压力下乳化碳氢燃料比碳氢燃料的热沉更大、热流密度更大、定压比热容更大、换热能力更强。故乳化碳氢燃料的传热特性更好,更适用于作为发动机再生冷却的冷却剂。
In order to compare the heat transfer characteristics of emulsified hydrocarbon fuel with water content of 20% and 30% and hydrocarbon fuel, the experiments were conducted at the pressure of 3 MPa, the mass flow rate of 2.6 g/s, and the outlet fluid temperature being heated to 900 K. The analysis of the experimental results show that under supercritical pressure, compared with hydrocarbon fuel, emul- sifted hydrocarbon fuel has higher heat sink, higher heat flux, higher heat exchange capacity. Therefore, the heat transfer characteristics of ter, and more suitable as a coolant for engine regeneration coolinz. specific heat capacity ,and stronger emulsified hydrocarbon fuel are bet-ter, and more suitable as a coolant for engine regeneration cooling.
