摘要 以玉米须为原料,采用超声辅助酶法提取多糖。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验进一步优化提取工艺条件,确定影响提取率的主次因素分别是料液比、酶用量、超声时间和pH。结果表明:最佳工艺条件是超声时间为90min,料液比为1∶20,pH为5.0,酶用量为2.0%,多糖提取率达4.93%。 Using corn stigma as material, polysaccharide was extracted by ultrasonic-assisted enzymatic methods, the optimal conditions were obtained by orthogonal test on the basis of single factor test. The primary and secondary factors on extraction of polysaccharides respectively is ratio of material to water, enzyme concentration, ultrasonic time, pH. The results indicate that the optimal conditions by orthogonal test as following: ultrasonic time is 90 min, ratio of material to water is 1:20, pH5.0, enzyme concentration 2.0 %. At this time, the extraction of polysaccharides is 4.93 %.
