摘要
教学质量的提高要通过教学质量保障体系的科学运行来实现。通过新建本科院校教学质量保障体系构成和运行缺陷的阐述,提出新建本科院校教学质量保障体系的运行策略:转变教育观念,构建全面质量管理运行机制、优先发展关键点、提高管理执行力和教学质量管理水平。
The improvement of the teaching quaity canbe achieved through the teaching query guarantee system.
