摘要
目的观察外燥对小鼠肺组织水通道蛋白5(AQP5)表达的影响。方法40只SPF级昆明小鼠随机分为常温常湿组(A组)、常温常燥组(B组)、温燥组(C组)、凉燥组(D组),每组10只。图像分析各组第6天、12天、18天小鼠肺组织AQP5免疫组化染色结果。结果AQP5蛋白表达阳性部位多在肺泡膜缘;温燥组第12、第18天气道液黏多糖(RS)持续下降时,AQP5蛋白表达阳性率呈平行下降,凉燥组也呈同样趋势,尤以第12天为甚(P<0.01),伴肺泡炎性病变并随时间延长而加重。结论外燥致肺部炎性改变同时,与肺泡液体的细胞内外转运相关的AQP5蛋白表达下降,提示与外燥伤肺、耗津的病机相关。
Objection To investigate the effects of aquaporin 5 (AQPS) expression of raise' alveoli in Outer-Dry. Methods 40 Kunming mice (SPF) were randomly divided into group A (normal), group B(normal temperature and external dryness), group C (warm dryness), group D(Cool dryness), 10mices/group. The expression of AQP5 was measured in day 6, 12 and 18. Results Compared with group A,positive expressions of AQP5 in group Cand Dwere noticeable remarkably weaked in day 12 and 18(P〈0. 01) with reducing of Resperitory mucopolysaccharide and pathogenical remarkable injured. A similar tendency was observed in group D, especially at 12 day (P〈0. 01), accompanied with progressing alveolus inflammation. Conclusions The reducing of AQP5 expression, along with simultaneous lung inflammatory response induced by external dryness, was related to the mechanisms of external dryness caused damage to alveoli and consumption of body fluid.
