摘要
为了阐述并比较现有带式烧结机星轮齿型的两种设计方法,通过从运动学和动力学两方面综合分析,找出了带式烧结机奇数齿星轮和偶数齿星轮齿型设计原理和设计方法的各自特点,并对两种齿型的优缺点进行客观的对比。发现现有带式烧结机星轮齿型设计方法各自的优点和缺陷,其中奇数齿星轮因为齿数是奇数,轮齿受力均匀,但其齿廓曲线的设计是凭借经验确定的,不能精确满足运动需要;而偶数齿星轮齿廓曲线是采用解析式得出的,但偶数齿数不可避免的存在轮齿受力不均匀的本质缺陷。因此说明以上的两种方法仍然存在明显不足之处,影响烧结机运动性能,从而影响生产效率和经济性。带式烧结机星轮齿型的设计仍然有待更深入的开发研究。
The purpose of this paper is to discuss and compare the two methods for the tooth of sprocket of sintering machine; By means of analyse from kinematics and dynamics, the principle and characteristic of odd-tooth sprocket and even-toot h sprocket tooth of sprocket of sintering machine is found. And comparatives of advantages and disadvantages of these two sprockets are given in this paper. As a result, nearly all the shortcomings of the two methods are found, that is to say both of the methods are not ideal, that will affect the sintering machine sports performance, thus affect the productivity and economic issue. Thus a conclusion can be got, the design of the tooth of sprocket of sintering machine need further research. All these works in this paper will make foundation contributions to design a more rational shape for the tooth.
