摘要
台车体是烧结送料车的主要组成部分,属于大型铸件,承受载荷大,安全性至关重要.为了降低成本,提高产品竞争力,采用数值方法进行优化.本研究将质量作为目标函数,基于I-DEAS进行优化设计,通过比较影响质量的所有尺寸,找出可进行优化的尺寸类型,并得出其最优尺寸:侧梁高度144mm,中间梁高度153mm,加强筋宽度20mm.随后再次校舍强度,并通过实测验证优化的正确性.
The Carriage, a main part of Sintering Stack Pallet, is a heavy casting with high reliability to bear heavy load. In this paper, a FEM (Finite Element Method) software named I-DEAS were used to analyze stress to optimize the carriage structure both to raise its reliability and reduce its cost. The best dimensions connected with its mass are gotten by optimizing calculation in which mass is regarded as an object function, and the computing result is: height of side beam is 144 mm, height of intermediate beam is 153 mm, width of strengthening rib is 20mm, which afterwards conform relatively well to the test.
