摘要
[目的]研究烤烟连作对0~10cm耕层土壤养分、pH值和脲酶活性的影响。[方法]以烤烟品种龙江911为试验材料,在大田条件下采用随机区组设计的方法,以正茬为对照(CK),测定了各项指标。[结果]连作烟田的土壤有机质含量均低于CK处理,碱解氮含量均高于CK处理,速效磷和速效钾含量均低于CK处理;连作烟田土壤pH值高于CK。5年连作明显降低了土壤脲酶活性。[结论]连作改变了0~10cm耕层土壤的理化性质、pH值和脲酶活性。
[Objective]The effects of continuous cropping of flue-cured tobacco on soil nutrition,pH value and urease activity at 0-10 cm arable layer were investigated.[Method]Taking the flue-cured tobacco variety Longjiang 911 as the experiment materials,all parameters were measured under field experimental conditions by using randomized block design method.[Result]Compared with the normal soil(CK),the organic matter content in soil under continuous cropping decreased,the alkali-hydrolyzable N content increased,the contents of available P and available K decreased.Soil pH under continuous cropping was higher than that of CK.5-year continuous cropping decreased urease activity in soil obviously.[Conclusion]Continuous cropping in tobacco soil changed the physical and chemical properties,pH value and urease activities at 0-10 cm arable layer of soil.
