摘要
[目的]获得荔枝菌的部分生物学特性及其产多糖的最佳条件。[方法]比较4种培养基,筛选出最适合荔枝菌菌丝体生长的培养基,并用正交设计方法,以生长量等为指标,研究荔枝菌产多糖最佳条件。[结果]玉米麦麸加马铃薯综合培养基最适合荔枝菌菌丝体生长;荔枝菌菌丝体生长最适温度为25.0℃,最适pH值为6,最佳碳源为蔗糖,最佳氮源为酵母粉。正交试验表明,在玉米麦麸加马铃薯综合培养基中添加蔗糖1%、酵母粉0.3%,调节pH值至7,为菌丝体生长和产多糖的最佳条件。[结论]了解荔枝菌的生物学特性、最佳产多糖条件,有利于对其进行人工驯化栽培。
[Objective]The research aimed to obtain the biological characteristics and the best conditions for producing polysaccharide of Litchi chinensis bacterium.[Method]The most suitable culture media for Litchi chinensis bacterium growth was screened out.And orthogonal approach was used to get the best conditions for producing polysaccharide.[Result]Synthetical culture medium of the potato and the maize wheat bran was suitable for Litchi chinensis bacterium hypha body.The most suitable temperature of Litchi chinensis bacterium hypha body growth was 25.0 ℃.The most suitable pH value was 6.The best carbon source was cane sugar.The best nitrogen source was yeast powder.Orthogonality experiment indicated that the optimum condition for the hypha body growth and polysaccharide production was as follows:synthetical culture medium of the potato and the maize wheat bran adding 1% cane sugar,3% yeast powder,adjusting pH value till 7.[Conclusion]A comprehensive understanding of the biological characteristics of Litchi chinensis bacteria and the best production conditions of polysaccharide were favorable for their artificial domestication cultivation research.
