摘要
目的通过体外实验探讨压力刺激对大鼠筋膜组织成纤维细胞周期和增殖指数(PI)的影响,为推拿基本力学刺激"舒筋散结"的治疗作用提供细胞生物学方面的实验依据。方法体外培养大鼠筋膜组织成纤维细胞,对细胞实施压力刺激后,检测细胞周期与PI变化。结果筋膜组织成纤维细胞接受压力作用后,细胞周期发生阻滞,休止期和DNA合成前期(G0/G1期)细胞增多,分裂前期(S期)细胞减少,PI降低,差异有统计学意义。结论压力刺激对筋膜组织成纤维细胞周期与PI的抑制性调节,可能是推拿"舒筋散结"的细胞生物力学原理之一。
Objective To study the influences of pressure stress on the cell cycle time and the proliferation index (PI) of fibroblast cells in SD rat fibrous tissues in vitro. Methods Fibroblast cells in SD rat Fibrous tissues were cultured in vitro, then pressure stress was conducted on these cells, and the cell cycle time and the proliferation index were detected. Results After pressure stress, the blockage of cell cycle time could be observed, the number of cells in resting phase and DNA pre - synthesis phase (G0/G1)was increased, while that of cells in mitosis prophase(S) was decreased, and the PI was also decreased. The results showed statistical differences. Conclusion Pressure force modulates the cell cycle time and the PI of fibroblast cells in fibrous tissues restrainedly, which may be one of the possible cytobiological principles of that dredging the channels and eliminating stagnation submitted by massage therapy.
