摘要
为提高表面形貌评定的准确性,将小波滤波应用于表面形貌分析,提出根据滤波截止波长确定分解次数的方法.比较不同小波基对表面形貌评定基准及其参数的影响,并与国际标准建议的高斯滤波器进行比较分析.结果表明,小波基准线曲线光滑自然,形态完美,是一条算术平均中线,优于传统评定基准线.
In order to enhance the evaluation accuracy of surface morphology, the wavelet filtering is used to the analysis of surface morphology, in which the decomposing number is determined according to the filtering cutoff wavelength. The influences of different wavelet bases on the evaluation references and parameters of the surface morphology are compared, and the comparative analysis between the Gaussian filtering recommended by ISO and wavelet filtering is given. The results have shown that the wavelet reference is smooth and natural with a perfect form as an arithmetic average center line, and better than the traditional one as well.
