摘要
莫尔条纹具有放大的作用,而无衍射光在长距离内有恒稳定的特点,将两者结合能实现大范围的几何量精密测量。在介绍无衍射光莫尔条纹的基础上,分析莫尔条纹数与两束无衍射光的中心光斑距离的关系,采用高斯低通滤波器后再进行二值化,得到莫尔条纹清晰的图像,然后统计一周内图像灰度值变化的次数,得到莫尔条纹数。本研究对无衍射光在精密测量中的应用具有借鉴意义。
A method of counting the moire fringes of non-diffacting beams was presented in this paper. Be cause the moire fringes have a function of magnifying and the non-diffacting beams have a characteristics of stablity in long distance, it could achieve the precision measurement of geometry in extensiveness.
