摘要
原发性肥大性骨关节病（PHO）系以杵状指、对称性骨膜增厚及皮肤增生为埒点的综合征。本病病因不明，较为少见，临床尚窖易被漏诊和误诊。现报告我院资料完整的PHO病一例。
