枸杞多糖抗小鼠实验性肝癌的作用机制 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)抗小鼠实验性肝癌的作用机制。方法采用H22实验性肝癌小鼠模型,LBP连续灌胃治疗14 d。绘制肿瘤生长体积曲线图、计算肿瘤生长抑制率,同时对各组胸腺及肿瘤组织进行病理检查。结果LBP可明显减小肿瘤体积,肿瘤生长抑制率在高剂量组达到41.12%,与模型组间比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。在肝癌模型组胸腺体质量较对照组明显减轻,皮质变薄,LBP用药后肝癌小鼠胸腺体质量及胸腺指数有所恢复,并在高剂量组与模型组间比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。肿瘤组织病理检查结果,发现LBP高、低剂量组肿瘤细胞核分裂计数明显下降,与模型组比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤间质纤维组织增生及淋巴细胞浸润在LBP用药后亦明显增加,高剂量组与模型组比较差异具统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤细胞增殖密度和坏死程度在各组之间比较差异无统计学意义。结论LBP对实验性肝癌小鼠肿瘤细胞的生长具有一定的抑制作用,其具体作用机制与增强机体整体及局部的免疫功能有关,具体的作用环节有待进一步深入探讨。 Objective To investigate the mechanism and the effects of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide (LBP) on anti-tumor in experimental liver cancer in mice. Method H22, bearing mice models were established fed with LBP in 14 days. The therapeutic effects was determined with inhibition rate of tumor growth and thymus index, and the thymus and tumor tissues were examinated with conventional pathological method. Results LBP could inhibit tumor growth and the inhibition ratio in high dose group was 41.12% , compared with model group(P〈0.05). The thymus gland cells in the liver cancer model group gained some recovering which was significant between high LBP dose group and model group (P〈0.05). According to the pathological examination of tumor tissues, compared with model group, the newclear division count in high and low dosegroups of LBP were obvious (P〈0.05). The differences of tumor cell density and necrosis between the groups were not obvious. Conclusion LBP can promote anti-tumor activity by improving immune function, and the mechanism may be related to strengthening of immunocompetence in whole and local body.
