摘要
为了解软坚散结法抗癌作用的有关酶学机制,观察了软坚散结法对实验性肝癌小鼠肝脏及癌组织LDH、SDH、CCO比活力的影响,结果表明两批实验的抑瘤率分别为63.8%、56.3%。同时,荷瘤对照组小鼠肝及瘤组织LDH比活显著升高(P<0.01);CCO比活无明显变化(P>0.05);SDH比活在肝组织无明显变化(P>0.05),在癌组织明显降低(P<0.01)。治疗组肝和癌组织LDH比活,均明显下降(P<0.01);SDH和CCO比活,在肝组织显著升高(P<0.01);在瘤组织,SDH比活无明显改变(P>0.05),CCO比活明显降低(P<0.01)。提示软坚散结法能抑制荷瘤小鼠肝及癌组织的有氧酵解,增强肝组织、减弱瘤组织氧化磷酸化途径,可能是其抗癌机理之一。
This
study showed the effects of softening and resolving mass
prescription(SRMP)on specific activties of lactate
dehydrogenase(LDH),succinate dehydrogenase(SDH)and cytochrome
oxydase(CCO)in liver and tumor tissues of mice bearing HepA. The
rates of inhibiting tumor growth in two experiments were 63.8%and 56.
3%, sepanately.Specific activities(SA)of liver and tumor LDH in the
tumor bearing control group were high-er than that of normal
group(P<0.01).While the SA of CCO and SDH(in liver tissue)had no
change(P>0.05),and SA of SDH in tumor tissue was lower(P<0.01)than
that of normal group. SA of liver and tumor LDH in the treatment
group were decreased(P< 0.01), that of SDH and CCO in liver tissue
were increased obviously(P<0.01).While in the tumor tissue,SDH had no
change and SA of CCO lowered significantly(P<0.01).It was suggested
that the mechanisms of SRMP in the treatment of the liver cancer are
inhibiting the high rates of glycolysis under aerobic
conditions,enhancing the oxidative phosphorylation of the liver and
decreasing the latter in the tumor.
