摘要
中小企业生命周期,一般是指中小企业从诞生到消亡的整个过程,分为四个典型的时期:初创期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期。在企业生命周期的不同阶段,对人力资源管理的要求是不同的。本文在论述中小企业处于成长期阶段人力资源管理一般特征的基础上,对这一阶段人力资源管理存在的问题进行了分析,并针对这些问题,提出了相应的对策和建议。
The life cycle of SME generally refers to the whole process of SME from the birth to the disappearance. It is divided into four typical periods : start - up period, growth period, maturity period and declining period. In the different stages of life cycle, human resource management requirements are different. This paper discusses the general characteristics of SME human resources management in the growth stage, analyzes human resources management problems in this stage, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
