摘要
高校学报的论文质量与高校的学术水平相关,高校学报学术水平高就可能被世纪著名三大检索机构收录。因而,国内一些高校学报将高校学报的论文质量提到了日程,投入了充裕的资金和力量,并得到了较好的发展,一些高校学报已经进入中文核心期刊,有的高校学报还进入了美国工程索引;为提高学报论文的质量,使高校学报走出国门,高校学报就要加强对稿件的征集和对选题的研究,关注来自各方面专家、博导、教授、攻读博士学位和博士后研究生作者的投稿,关注他们所研究的课题,给他们所撰写的具有较高学术价值和应用价值的论文一个发表的平台,提高高校学报论文的质量与学术水平,使高校学报成为高学术水平论文的交流平台。
Paper quality of journals of higher education institutions is related to academic standard of uni- versities, which involved being include by three world famous retrieval organizations. Therefore, some journals of higher education institutions pay much attention to quality of papers. By putting sufficient fund into it, the quality of their journals has been improved. Some journals has become Chinese core journal and others has become American engineering index. In order to improve the quality of journals, we should strengthen the collection of manuscript and the research of subject, pay attention to the manuscript of experts, tutors, professors, postgraduates and doctorates, provide a publishing platform for their thesis with high academic and application merit. Finally we could improve the quality and academic level of journals of higher education institutions and make them into interchange platform of higher level thesis.
