摘要
超循环理论认为生物进化是一个采取超循环形式的自组织过程。组织知识管理系统的演化发展过程中的各种非线性作用具体表现为各种超循环组织的形成、发展、解构和重组。整个组织知识管理系统由一系列多重正负反馈结构组成的超循环组织组成,它们之间通过功能耦合和循环互动,促使系统向高级有序方向演化。超循环是组织知识管理系统非线性作用的载体和表现形式。
The hypercycle theory holds that biological evolution is a self-organizing process in the form of hypercycle. The different kinds of non-linear effects in the evolution process of organization knowledge management system take the form of formation, development, deconstruction and reorganization of various hypercycle organizations. The entire organization knowledge management system is composed of a series of hypercycle organizations made up of positive and negative feedback structures. They interact with one another through function coupling and cycling and promote the system to evolve in the advanced and orderly direction. Hypercycle is the carrier and representation of the non-linear effects of enterprise organization management system.
