摘要
用液体摇瓶法对6个灵芝品种进行单因素试验,探索其发酵条件,结果表明:大盖G9、泰山仙芝、灵芝444在培养基I中80r/min、28℃培养其菌丝体干重量达到最大,分别为0.7635g/100mL、1.0124g/100mL、0.5635g/100mL;灵芝44在培养基I中120r/min、24℃培养菌丝体干重量最大为0.5197g/100mL;灵芝265在培养基I中160r/min、28℃培养菌丝体干重量最大为0.9954g/100mL;而灵芝267在培养基IV中160r/min、32℃培养菌丝体干重量最大为0.9302g/100mL;且胞外多糖的最大产生量的条件与菌丝体最高得率的条件不同。
Optimum conditions of liquid fermentations of six strains of Ganoderma lucidun were determined basing on single factor experiments in shaking flasks. It showed that medium I is suitable for 3 strains as G9, moutant tai and 444 under 28℃ shaked at 80 r/min, Under the conditions, dry mycelium weight was 0.7635 g/100 ml, 1.0124 g/100 ml and 0.5635 g/100 ml, respectively. For strain 44, dry mycelium weight was 0.5197 g/100 ml in medium I at 24℃ shaked for 120 r/min. And for strain 265, dry mycelium weight of was 0.9954 g/100 ml in medium I at 28℃ shaked for 160 r/min. Dry mycelium weight of strain 267 was 0.9302 g/100ml in medium IV at 28℃ shaked for 160 r/min, Optimum conditions for production of crude exo-oolvsaccharide were different from that for mvcelium.
