摘要
近年来山东省部分地区发现番茄黄化曲叶症状。为了确定这种疑似病毒,利用双生病毒外壳蛋白(CP)基因及DNA-A基因组的引物对枣庄、菏泽和淄博的染病番茄叶片进行了检测,测序分析表明这种病毒是番茄黄化曲叶病毒(TYLCV)。系统发育分析结果表明,该病毒可能是由我国东南沿海地区和日本传入的。
Yellow leaf curl symptoms have been observed in tomato for the first time in many prefectures of Shandong Province during the past several years. To identify the suspect begomovirus, the primers of the coat protein gene and the full length DNA - A genome were used to detect the virus isolated from infected leav- es in Zaozhuang, Heze and Zibo. The analysis based on the sequences showed that the virus was tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV). It might be introduced from southeast coastal area of China and Japan based on the phlygenetic analysis.
