摘要
兴郭路跨苏嘉杭高速公路大桥主桥采用转体施工。主桥转体体系的磨心采用水磨法进行施工。介绍水磨法在转体桥梁施工中的应用及水磨法磨合的控制标准。并通过测定磨心磨合完毕后的转动摩擦力来测定磨心体系的摩擦系数,为以后转体桥梁转动驱动力计算提供依据。研究表明在转体桥梁转体转动力计算时,不用考虑混凝土之间的摩擦系数,可只考虑磨心和磨盖之间润滑材料的摩擦系数。
The master bridge of road bridge in Xingguo Road flyover Suzhou-Jiaxing-Hangzhou Expressway is constructed by twisting mode.The grinding core of the master twisting body is constructed by water grinding mode.Hereby the author introduces the application of water grinding mode in the construction of twisting body bridge and the control norm of water grinding mode.When the grinding core runs-in is over,the twisting friction force is measured for acquisition of resistance coefficient in the grinding core system,in order to provide a basis for lateron calculation of twisting bridge driving force.Study shows that in the calculation of twisting force of twist bridge,there is not necessary to take the grinding coefficient of concrete into account,the only thing being considered is the grinding coefficient of the lubricant materials between grinding core and grinding lid.
