摘要
文章从分析我国高校内部管理体制存在的问题出发,揭示出问题存在的本质是高校教师和学生没有获得应有的学术权力,学术权力弱化。从而立足现实,提出在高校管理中应坚持以人为本,权力重心下移,加强学术权力机构建设,充分发挥广大教师和学生的主人翁精神。
On the Analysis of the problems of the interior administration system of university, this paper reveals the nature of the problems that university teachers and students have not obtained their deserved academic power. Based on reality, it puts forward some opinions and suggestions to university management ,such as stick to human-orientation,down-shift of power center, strengthen the building of academic power institutions, give full play to the spirit of masters of teachers and students.
