摘要
公安部于１９９８年５月发布了《关于清理收缴流散社会的爆炸物品严厉打击涉及爆炸物品违法犯罪活动的通告》，部署在全国范围内开展民用爆炸物品检查整治专项工作。本文以翔实的资料介绍了全国开展工作以来所取得的明显成效，并针对所存在的问题提出今后工作的重点。
The Ministry of Public Security issued a public notice “Announcement on Checking up and Taking over Explosive Articles Left and Spread in Society and Taking Strong Measures against Illegal and Criminal Activites Dealing with Explosive Articles”in May,1998 and disposed a special task of checking up and taking over the civil expolsive articles in the whole country .Full and accurate information for remarkable results achieved since this task was started is introduced in this paper.The emphasis on future work is put forward in the light of the problems existed.
