摘要
安全管理的重点是风险管控,风险管控的核心是形成安全预控手段和机制。针对爆破作业单位安全管理现状,运用风险管理的基本理论,通过风险辨识、风险评估、风险分级以及风险管控4个环节,建立了爆破作业单位的安全风险分级管控体系;结合物联网技术、大数据分析、人工智能和智能化平台等预控技术,将信息智能化手段运用到爆破作业单位的安全管理,实现了爆破作业单位安全管理的信息化。
The key of safety management is risk control, of which the core is to form the means and mechanisms of safety control. According to the present situation of safety management of blasting operation units, risk identification,risk assessment,risk classification and risk control are used to establish the safety risk classification management and control system of blasting operation units by basic theory of risk management. Combined with Internet of Things, big data analysis, artificial intelligence, intelligent platform and other pre-control mechanism, the intelligent method of information is applied to the safety management of the blasting operation units to realize the intelligence of the safety management of blasting operation units.
