摘要
研究采用不同名义配比制备前驱粉未,利用熔化浇铸工艺制备BiSrCaCuO高温超导体。经高温退火处理后,获得超导转变温度均为100K左右的两种超导体,其在自场下临界电流密度最高可达1kA/cm2(77K,0T),并检测了样品在磁场下的电流传输性能,对样品的微观形貌进行了观察分析。
Bi 2O 3、PbO、SrCO 3、CaO and CuO powders were mixed in the different ratio. The melt casting process was used to produce BSCCO superconducting material. Two kinds of superconductors that have superconducting transition with an onset temperature about 100K or so. Their current density can get to 1kA/cm 2(77K,0T).The property of current transport was analyzed in the magnetic field. The microstructures of the samples were watched by the SEM.
