摘要
采用熔铸法和离心浇铸法制备了不同配方的Fe-Cu合金,用光学金相显微镜(OM)研究了合金的微观形貌,并对其电磁性能进行了测试。试验结果表明,合金中随着Cu含量的增加,总体上材料的电导率呈上升态势,但由于成分和组织的不均匀性,不同部位的合金电导率也存在差异。随着合金中Fe含量的下降,磁导率下降,但组织的差异强烈影响着磁导率。80%Fe-20%Cu的Fe-Cu铸态合金外层的综合电磁性能最佳,其电导率为0.229×10-7S/m,磁导率为77.6。
Fe-Cu alloy is prepared by fusion casting and centrifugate casting.The micro-pattern is researched by optical OM and electromagnetic nature is tested.The results show that specific conductivity is increasing along with Cu increment in alloy.There are different specific conductivity of different alloy parts because of component and structural inhomogeneity.Magnetic conductivity is reducing along with Fe reduction in alloy.Structural differences affect on magnetic conductivity.Fe-Cu alloy has best electromagnetic nature with 80% Fe and 20% Cu.
