摘要
目的了解老年痴呆照料者对健康教育的需求。方法采用自行设计的调查表,对95例老年痴呆照料者的健康知识和健康教育需求进行评定。结果痴呆照料者需求程度最高的健康教育内容包括痴呆的疗效、病因及症状,护理有语言及记忆障碍、排泄、睡眠异常病人的方法技巧等,最喜欢健康教育方式是医护交谈。照料者因素中,其文化程度与之健康教育需求呈正相关,参与照料人员与需求呈负相关。病人的年龄、痴呆用药与照料者需求呈正相关;而痴呆症状出现时间与照料者需求呈负相关。结论在对老年痴呆照料者进行健康教育过程中,不仅要注意照料者有对疾病基本知识的需求及照料方法、技巧的需求,还应注重教育方式的需求,采取针对性的干预措施,减轻照料者的压力,提高照料质量。
Objective To know about the Health Education Demand in Caregivers of Senile Dementia Patients. Methods The health knowledge and demands of health education of 95 Caregivers of Senile Dementia Patients were investigated with self-designed questionnaire. Results The highest degree needs for health education content of caregivers of senile dementia Patients include basic knowledges of demendia, such as treatment, pathogeny, symptoms, and those nursing skills, such as language and how to look after senile demendia with memory barrier, drainage and sleeping abnormality etc, the most interesting health education method is docotr-nurse conversation. Among the factors of caregivers of senile dementia patients, there was a positive correlation between education level and the health education demand, and a negative correlation between the numbers of caregivers and demand, a positive correlation between the age, medication of patients and the education level of caregivers, a negative correlation between the occurrence time of dementia symptoms and the health education demand in caregivers. Conclusions In the course of providing health education for earegivers of senile dementia patients, we should not only pay attention to basic knowledges, nursing methods and skill, but also pay attention to the demands of education methods. So as to adopt some intervention measures to reduce the pressure of caretakers.
