摘要
针对目前水稻直播机使用中存在的问题,利用形态学矩阵分析了轻型水稻直播机的功能及实现方式,经筛选确定了4个较优可行设计方案。在此基础上,构建了评价水稻直播机的完全相关性多级递阶结构和指标体系,结合层次分析(AHP)法选择最优方案,并研制出轻型水稻直播机。将该直播机进行田间试验,并与人工种植方式对比,结果显示二者的成穗率、瘪粒率、株高、穗长、产量等性状指标在95%置信水平上无显著差异,而在水稻产量、水资源消耗量、用种量、作业效率、作业成本等方面轻便型直播机均优于人工种植方式,表明该水稻直播机具有良好的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the problems in using the paddy planter at present, its function and implementation was analysed by adopting the morphological method, and four better and feasible design proposals were selected. The multilevel hierarchical structure of complete correlation and the index system were constructed. The optimal decision was chosen with analytic hierarchy process(AHP) method, and the prototype of light paddy planter was developed. The field testing indicated that, compared with the manual planting method, at 95 percent confidence interval, there was no significant difference on properties indexes such as tassel ratio, shrunken grains ratio, individual plant height, tassel length and the output etc. However, the light paddy planter was superior to the manual planting method on corn output, water wastage, seeds dosage, work efficiency and cost, all of which revealed that the light paddy planter was worthy of being popularized and applied.
