摘要 目的研究富血小板血浆(PRP)对兔牙槽骨缺损的修复作用。方法健康新西兰大白兔20只,采用自身对照方法,在动物两侧下颌骨体部分别作牙槽骨缺损区,左组为实验组,填充PRP;右组为空白对照组。分别于术后2、4、8、12周处死动物,通过组织学染色观察兔牙槽骨愈合情况。结果术后2周、4周,实验组新生骨面积高于对照组,有统计学意义(Ρ<0.05);术后8周、12周时,实验组与对照组新生骨面积无统计学意义(Ρ>0.05)。结论PRP在早期的骨缺损修复中具有促进兔牙槽骨缺损的修复作用。 Objective To study the effect of repairing rabbit alveolar bone defects by platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Methods 20 healthy New Zealand white rabbits were selected and were divided randomly, using self control method, the defects were made on both sides of mandibular alveolar bone. The left side was the experimental group which was filled with PRP. The right side was blank control group which was filled with NS. Animals were killed in 2, 4, 8, and 12 weeks. Healing of rabbit alveolar bone was observed by histological staining. Results After 2 weeks, 4 weeks, new bone area of the experimental group was higher than blank group. There were statistically significant differences (P 〈0.05). But after 8 weeks, 12 weeks, the experimental group and blank group were not statistically significant differences in new bone area (P〉0.05). Conclusion PRP plays a beneficial role in repairing rabbit alveolar bone defects in the early stage.
