摘要
目的了解郑州某高校新生中两种国产乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗预防接种的效果。方法采用单纯随机抽样方法,将743名新生分为两组,分别接种重组乙肝疫苗(CHO细胞)和重组乙肝疫苗(汉逊酵母),剂量均为10μg/0.5ml,按0、1、6个月免疫程序接种。免疫后2个月,检测血清抗-HBs滴度,比较两种疫苗组的抗体阳转率和几何平均浓度(GMC)。组间比较采用χ2检验。结果重组乙肝疫苗(CHO细胞)组的抗体阳转率为87.14%,重组乙肝疫苗(汉逊酵母)组的抗体阳转率为97.20%,两组间差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.28,P〈0.05)。两组疫苗的抗-HBsGMC分别为1489.72和2265.68IU/L。结论国产重组乙肝疫苗(汉逊酵母)预防接种效果良好,应大力推广使用。
Objective To evaluate immunization effects of two kinds of domestic recombinant hepatitis B vaccines in college freshmen. Methods A total of 743 freshmen were randomly divided into recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (CHO cell) group and recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (Hansenula polymorpha) group, and the freshmen in each group were immunized with 3 doses of the corresponding vaccine 10 μg/0.5 ml at a schedule of 0, 1, and 6 months. Serum anti-HBs titer was measured 2 months after the last vaccination, and 2 antibody positive rates and geometric mean concentration ( GMC ) were compared between the two groups. χ2 test was adopted in the comparison between the two groups. Results Antibody positive rates were 87.14% in recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (CHO cell) group and 97.20% in recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (Hanse- nula polymorpha) group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(χ2 = 6. 28, P 〈 0.05). Anti-HBs GMCs were 1489.72 and 2265.68 IU/L,respectively, in the two groups. Conclusion The effect of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine (Hansenula polymorpha) is good, which can be used widely.
