摘要
研究了添加Al2(SO4)3抑制硅转移的麦草浆蒸煮工艺。采用均匀设计和偏最小二乘法,优化的工艺条件为:NaOH 13%,Al2(SO4) 31.36%,MgO 0.39%,CaO 3.2%,AQ 0.05%;最高温度160℃,保温30min,液比1∶5,该条件下纸浆得率46.68%,KMnO4值10.52,纸浆SiO2含量2.92%,黒液SiO2含量1.34g·L-1,pH11.83。结果表明添加Al2(SO4)3抑制硅转移效果较好。
The silicon-remained cooking process of was investigated. Partial least-squares regression method (PIS regression) in the uniform design was used to optimize process conditions of silicon-remained wheat straw cooking. Process conditions being optimized are as follows: Alkali charge 13%, Al2(SO4)3, MgO and CaO charge were 1.36%, 0.39%, 3.2% respectively. Under the conditions, screened yield was 46.68%; potassium permanganate value was 10.52; silicon dioxide content in pulp was 2.92%; silicon dioxide concentration in black liquor was 1.34g·L^-l; the pH of black liquor was 11.83. Experimental results showed that aluminum sulfate .had collaborative effect to silica-remained problem.
